HAZELWOOD & KENNYDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Hazelwood Elementary and Kennydale Elementary School replaced existing facilities constructed in the 1960’s that were physically and programmatically outdated. Greene Gasaway managed the planning, design and permitting phases of each project. The districts in house administered the bid, award, construction and closeout phases.
Both projects were constrained by complex planning and site development issues. GGA worked diligently with regulatory agencies and the design team to ensue permits were secured in time to allow the projects to be completed from start of design to occupancy in 24 months.
