After 30-plus years of service, building systems begin to reach the end of their life cycle. Lindbergh Modernization is the first phase of upgrades to the facility. This phase includes mechanical, electrcal, accessibility upgrades and asbestos abatement. Work involved systems replacement through out the facility.
GGA worked with the District to develop a phasing plan that maintained the educational program while keeping students and staff safe. Work was split into five phases integrated into the academic calendar in order to allow transitions during academic breaks.
Temporary portables were brought onto the site to allow continued use of the facility during construction.
